500W Chamber Heater with 6028 Blowers Update

Yesterday's convo with Duckroh has kinda rekindled my interest in this somewhat abandoned chamber heater design. I came up with a better mounting solution and also looked at how exactly this monstrosity would fit inside a V2 or a Trident.

Despite the good airflow and seal without printed parts, I always felt like this thing was just too complicated for what it was. Theoretically, it's possible to integrate all the features into a single type of plate and order 2 of them. Considering how much these companies dislike merged parts (SLM Z-clips), I don't have my hopes up for this simplification.

Regardless, I will add it to my next sheet metal order with the Monolith Zero parts and we'll see how it goes.

UPDATE: We will have SLM ducts for the 5032 axial fans.
