Fixed Gantry Conversion 2 - Kinematic Z

I'm visiting this local place soon to get my panels and other sheet metal parts for the M0. It makes sense to get everything for this conversion as well.

I've made some good progress planning out the insulation, the internal filament spool holder locations, the corner brackets, and even some of the electronics layout.

Sheet metal parts to get:

• Bottom panel with the Trident stepper locations
• Electronics panel
• Rear panel without the CPAP box cutout
• 5032 chamber heater mounting plate

The plan is to have a similar combined SLM order as well, but I'm not there yet with the Z arms.
