Minimizing the Z-movement

It's pretty much common knowledge at this point, that good toolhead COM is essential when it comes to print quality at high accelerations.
On top of having near-perfect COM, the Monolith toolhead's unique layout takes Z-movement reduction one step further. The nozzle position is as close to the X-carriage as possible horizontally, this means that Z-movement from the torsional deflection of the X-axis will be significantly less compared to the usual toolhead designs with the same COM.
