Extruder Improvements - Toolhead

Here’s what I’ve been working on for the non-kit extruder:

  • Only the plastic LGX/HGX will be recommended.
  • Double-start worm to reduce ST and make 24V operation possible.
  • Off-center reverse-Bowden for easier feeding and looser filament path inside the toolhead.
  • A more visible PTFE that’s easier to remove.
  • A shorter heatbreak for a less aggressive micro-Bowden bend.
  • Sturdier Drive gear and extruder stepper mounting.
  • A better wave washer alternative.
