Universal Belt Clamp Optimization

As mentioned before, I’m going back to prioritizing the toolhead development over everything else, which entails making some improvements to the universal belt clamp design that many of us have already been using. A derivative of this will obviously go into the updated toolhead itself.

It’s difficult to optimize something for SLM when the part’s purpose is to clip onto an MGN12H carriage, but I’ll try to remove as many sharp corners and edges as possible. The goal is to retain all previous dimensions, ensuring compatibility with everything designed for this clamping system.
